SCROG (Screen of Green)

SCROG, or Screen of Green, uses a horizontal net suspended above the plants. As branches grow, the grower tucks and weaves them through the net to fill it evenly, producing a flat canopy of many similarly sized colas instead of one dominant top. This maximizes light efficiency and yield in a given footprint. SCROG works best with photoperiod plants that have a controllable veg window; it can lift indoor yields 50–100% over an untrained plant.
