Cannabis seeds are a living product, so standard “change of mind” returns don't apply once a pack is opened. Instead, every order is backed by germination guarantees and Buyer Protection that cover the things that actually go wrong.

What's covered

Seeds that don't germinate

Verified seed banks offer germination guarantees. Documented zero-germination on a sealed pack is covered — submit a clear photo within 14 days of receipt for replacements or a refund.

Non-delivery

If your order never arrives or is lost in transit, you're covered for a full refund or a re-send.

Wrong or damaged product

Received the wrong strain, seed type, or pack size — or a damaged pack? You're covered for a replacement or refund.

How to make a claim

  1. Message the seed bank from your order first — many issues are resolved directly and quickly.
  2. If it isn't resolved, email contact@seennabis.ca with your order number and, for germination claims, a photo of the sealed pack and the attempted grow.
  3. We review the claim under Buyer Protection and confirm a replacement or refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method in CAD. Processing times vary by payment provider but are typically a few business days once approved. Replacements are shipped via Canada Post at no extra cost.

Timeframes

Report non-delivery once the carrier's expected delivery window has passed, and germination or wrong-product issues within 14 days of receiving your order, so we can help while the details are fresh.
