Gently bending and tying branches to flatten the canopy and expose more bud sites to light — no cutting involved.
Low Stress Training (LST) is a gentle technique of bending and tying down branches to create a flat, even canopy. By pulling the top growth outward, more bud sites receive direct light, which increases yield without the recovery time that cutting techniques require. LST is the safest training method for autoflowers, which can't afford the stress or downtime of high-stress methods. It can lift yields 20–40% when done consistently.
